Admission Procedure

At Ch. Chhabil Dass Public School, Wave City, we strive to make the admission process simple, transparent, and parent-friendly.

Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG & UKG

1. Collection of Pre-Registration Form

Parents/Guardians may collect the Pre-Registration Form from the School Reception by paying a non-refundable registration fee of ₹200.

2. Submission of Pre-Registration Form

The duly completed form must be submitted along with the following documents:

Required Documents

• Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate
• Parent's Address Proof (Any Valid Government-Issued Document)
• Aadhaar of Student and Parents

Photographs

Recent passport-size photographs of the following:

• Student – 1
• Father – 1
• Mother – 1

Note: All photographs must be pasted in the designated spaces provided on the form.

3. Registration & Acknowledgement

At the time of form submission, parents are required to pay an Acknowledgement/Registration Fee of ₹400. An acknowledgement slip will be issued as confirmation of registration.

4. Parent & Child Interaction

The school may conduct an interaction session with the child and parents before confirming admission.

5. Admission Confirmation

Admission will be granted based on successful interaction, availability of seats, and fulfilment of School Admission Norms.

Classes I to IX

• Copy of the Latest Report Card/Progress Report from the Previous School
• Aadhaar of Student and Parents
• T.C. (after admission confirmation)

Photographs

Recent passport-size photographs of the following:

• Student – 1
• Father – 1
• Mother – 1

Note: All photographs must be pasted in the designated spaces provided on the form.

3. Registration & Acknowledgement

4. Entrance Test

Students seeking admission to Classes I to IX are required to appear for an Entrance Test conducted by the school. The test is designed to evaluate the student's academic readiness for the class applied for.

5. Interaction with the Headmistress

Students who successfully qualify in the Entrance Test will be invited for an interaction with the Headmistress (HM).

6. Admission Confirmation

Admission will be granted based on performance in the Entrance Test, interaction with the Headmistress, availability of seats, and fulfilment of School Admission Norms.

• Submission of the Pre-Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required documents will not be processed.
• The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
